Our products, including the anti-snoring mouthpiece, are wellness aids and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Results may vary from person to person. We recommend consulting a doctor if you have any underlying health conditions.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
  • We accept prepaid payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available at checkout depending on your location.

4. Order & Shipping

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days depending on your location.
  • We ship across India. Remote areas may experience delays.
  • A tracking link will be shared once your order is dispatched.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
  • COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer or UPI.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.
  • Once dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.

7. Privacy

  • We collect basic personal information (name, address, phone, email) solely for order processing and delivery.
  • We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
  • Your information is stored securely and used only for communication related to your order.

8. Limitation of Liability

Wellness Medical shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
